Our second session.....8 week walking or walk/run program begins Monday, August 15

  • All abilities are welcome.
  • Participants receive a simple program to follow for eight weeks.
  • Weekly session begin with a brief training tip, followed by a 30 minute group walk or walk/run.
  • Meet at the Kalona City Park

 Mondays at 6:30 p.m.

Proceeds will be donated to the Bunker Mill Trail Project.

$35 Registration Fee includes:

  • 7 group sessions plus 5K group session
  • Specific training schedule
  • Preparation for 5K
  • Performance t-shirt
  • On-line Resources | Weekly E-mail
  • Accountability & coaching
