Our second session.....8 week walking or walk/run program begins Monday, August 15

- All abilities are welcome.
- Participants receive a simple program to follow for eight weeks.
- Weekly session begin with a brief training tip, followed by a 30 minute group walk or walk/run.
- Meet at the Kalona City Park

Mondays at 6:30 p.m.
Proceeds will be donated to the Bunker Mill Trail Project.$35 Registration Fee includes:
- 7 group sessions plus 5K group session
- Specific training schedule
- Preparation for 5K
- Performance t-shirt
- On-line Resources | Weekly E-mail
- Accountability & coaching
