DETOX Talk - Information Session

  • Monday, March 14th  from 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Bright Futures Chiropractic
  • Dr. Grier will be available for individual questions following the presentation
  • This is a great opportunity to learn more about why we should think about removing toxins from our bodies
  • Learn more about the health benefits, weight loss impact, and other related issues including food sensitivities

If you are interested in participating in a detoxification program, we will be offering a group opportunity with the support and guidance of our doctor, Dr. Chris Grier.  Using the Core Restore Kit, we will plan, prepare, and enjoy a 7-day diet, lifestyle and nutrient program to remove the toxins from our bodies. 

With a purchase of the Core Restore Kit, all participants will receive the added benefits of the group program as follows:

  • Prep & Planning Guide (recipes, grocery shopping tips, what to expect)
  • All participants will receive daily e-mails with information and encouragement
