This all-levels yoga class will focus on linking breathing with movements designed to stretch and strengthen all parts of your body. We will emphasize a safe and effective approach at learning movements and the experience will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The class focuses on increasing flexibility, strength, and balance.

Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
10 sessions: August 26 through October 28
Please bring your own mat.
